With many year experience as a guide I think Bom islet, Kim Quy islet are have lots of coral which still alive , and the most beautiful colors, and more are extremely untouched. However a lot of tours don’t take you out to these islet because farther in the schedule of the big tours.
There are two forms of coral diving is using the scuba in the deep water area of from 9-10-23 meter . This kind of price will be quite high, It’s about 50-70 USD per person but diving coral by the scuba is always more beautiful than using snorkel like regular .
